We invite you to take a break and to join us at this incredible and tranquil retreat spot located 1h away from Barcelona, in the stunning region of Penedes.
Reconnect to your body, your essence & nature. We often live outside of our bodies, we even live outside of our own lives so this weekend is all about cultivating a deeper sense of awareness, stop thinking about what you might still need and start appreciating the things you already have.
Expect a transformational weekend away, plenty of time in nature, meaningful conversations and exceptional time together with likeminded people.
This retreat will help you delve deeper into your yoga & meditation practice, you will have time to relax and renew your energy outdoors and reinvigorate your mind, body and soul.
Fitness classes will be based on interval training and strength training to make you feel energized and strong with a focus on re-connecting you to your body. All levels of fitness can be catered for.
All yoga and fitness sessions are entirely optional. This retreat is your time, there is no pressure and the main aim is for you to find your happy place!
With daily yoga, meditation, fitness and various rituals you're sure to have a memorable time, ready to return to the world relaxed and rejuvenated!
Space & Accommodation
The house has been designed to provide you with a complete wellness experience and offers a variety of spaces to complement your stay.
The swimming pool is with saltwater, not only environmentally friendly but also excellent for your skin.
Cozy rooms, every one has a different special detail of their story and nice views to the forest or garden. Views to the garden and mountains.

Cacao ceremony
Cocoa is a divine food known since Mayan and Aztec times. It is a drink that opens the heart and is increasingly recognized by Inner Travelers.
Our retreat program will be complemented by a magical cocoa ceremony along with another spiritual practise. We will immerse ourselves in a moment of peace, try to shift through negative energies, go deep inside of our hearts and bring ourselves into light.

We suggest flying to Barcelona and either taking a 1h taxi directly to the retreat centre or
train to Capellades train station and 20min taxi to the retreat center.
Flights, train tickets, other travel expenses are not included in the price.
