London Day Retreat: Reawaken

Join us for a gentle spring awakening on March 1st, a half day immersion from 2pm to 7pm that invites you to move, breathe, soften, and remember yourself again. A Sunday in London with the nearest tube at Canning Town on the Jubilee Line.
